Service
Seeding & Aeration
Construction disturbs the surrounding lawn and soil, and compacted ground left behind often needs aeration before new turf can establish well. We restore and establish turf using a method confirmed for your site and season, aerate compacted areas to open the soil back up, and provide the preparation and aftercare that gives new grass a real chance to take. We do not install, service, or otherwise perform irrigation work of any kind.

Where this fits
- Restoring lawn areas disturbed during a hardscape project
- Establishing new turf around a finished patio, wall, or bed line
- Core aeration for soil compacted during construction
- Soil preparation ahead of seeding
Planning considerations
- Seasonal timing for the chosen seeding method
- Soil preparation, grading, and erosion control
- Core aeration timing relative to seeding for the best results
- Watering and aftercare during turf establishment
- Site traffic control while turf establishes
Our approach
We plan seeding & aeration the same way we plan every project: discovery and a site visit to understand your property, a clear scope before anything is scheduled, construction with ongoing communication if anything changes, and a walkthrough once the work is finished.
We do not guarantee germination outcomes, which depend on weather, watering, and site conditions after we leave. The specific seeding method used (seed, slit-seed, hydroseed, or other) is confirmed per project rather than assumed. We do not install, service, or otherwise perform irrigation work of any kind.
